Happy Flow Yoga does not offer hot yoga.

We will have class no matter if the room is full or empty,
so book your class with no worries of it being canceled if it doesn't fill up! 

Please book your class ahead of time, our classes fill up quickly and we want to make sure that you save your space.

​Don't be afraid to waitlist yourself, we will reach out when you've been added from the waitlist into the class.

If you can not make class please cancel your class so that another student can make it to their mat.

SATURDAY:  7:30am - 12:30pm
SUNDAY:  CLOSED (Placentia Only)
